“ Great variety of sushi roles with amazing taste along side many other delicious entrees. The food is not expensive, good quality, and a decent quantity. The restaurant is mostly self service so tip is not necessary but appreciated. Expect to pay first, soft drinks are self served via fountain, and the food is brought to your table. ”
“ We just had dinner from here tonight, and met Ken, the Sushi Chef. Ken explains that this store and the one in Wesley Chapel are family owned and operated! I've added two more photos. A wonderful addition to the Southeastern Lutz eateries! The Hibachi Japanese Express is a few months old now, and is an excellent place to eat. They serve a wide variety of fresh, tasty menu items cooked as you order in woks, not ladled out of hours-old bins. They specialize in Sushi Rolls (35 different types) and have a bar with a Sushi Chef! I took photos of the menus to save time explaining. Viki and the other hosts are very accommodating, the place is squeaky clean and the food is delicious. If you are traveling it will be a great, quick stop that you and your family will enjoy. They are about 30 seconds away from the interstate! ”

Today, I had the pleasure of almost getting hit crossing the parking lot just to get these sushi rolls!!! Thank goodness it didn't happen, otherwise you wouldn't see how delicious these rolls look. ”

“ Awesome place. I normally visit the Golden Krust restaurant when I come this area and one day this place caught my attention. Told myself "I'll be back for you very soon". I'm am very pleased with their service and also food. Some of the best tasting rice I've had thus far. I ordered the rice with the chicken, steak and shrimp. One thing I will point out, they're not consistent with how many shrimps you get. You'd notice because they're jumbo. First time I ordered there were 5, then 4 and now 3. Overall for the price, the portion size is on par. I've also tried the spicy krab rolls and they're good. I come to this place at least 2-3 times a week now. Their teriyaki sauce is the bomb! I mix it in with my rice. ”

“ I found out about this place because of my coworker and oh my goodness it was life changing. Having recently moved up here I have no go to spots, but this is definitely the top of my new list. The woman at the register is very sweet and makes sure to speak to everyone who enters! I have a shellfish allergy and she was kind enough to ask if the crab Rangoon had real or fake crab so I could decide to order them or not. The place is clean and very pretty on the inside and makes a great spot for lunch/dinner. I got my food to go, and after a 10 min drive it still looks amazing. Absolutely amazing 10/10 do recommend ! ”
